Recently I got problem with my nokia head phones.I felt very bad.I thought to buy a new set.
But my phone also got some problem.luckily i went to nokia care and gave the phone for servicing.
Fortunately I happened to ask about the warranty on accessories.The service executive said we'll have for six months from purchase date.It was the last date of 6 months from the purchase date.I was able to exchange my head set through warranty without any cost.
So people use this service effectively.
